Andie Figlin is a seasoned marketing leader currently heading Demand Generation at Harvest, the time-tracking and online invoicing platform for freelancers and small businesses. She joined the team in August 2022 and focuses on driving growth through strategic demand generation, marketing operations, and compelling campaign execution.
Prior to Harvest, Andie served as Director of Growth (and earlier as Director of Marketing) at VentureDevs, where she refined brand strategy and elevated user acquisition efforts. Her earlier tenure includes leadership roles in marketing at Career Group Companies, MobileCause, and Computershare, where she led initiatives ranging from strategic partnerships to digital content and campaign execution.
